
A pharmaceutical company
was preparing to launch a new product, and wanted
to make sure its field sales force was poised to maximize

Florida division of the company, customizing a sales
training program to fit the particular needs of that
marketplace. The sales training program they developed
was rolled out to over 100 reps, and the Florida marketplace
was #1 in the country in new product sales.

as strong as a large local company wanted in two of
its call centers. Tarsus Consulting monitored
calls and consulted with agents andMarketing and Sales
Management to identify the problem. A customized service/sales
training program and new incentive plans were developed
and sales results jumped.
